I'm noticing the same thing as @Motte. Every now and again a penguin will get stuck underneath the plant form with the feeding trays at the far corner. There is no gap under it. Dunno if you can replicate it or fix it. I never even notice there's a penguin stuck till protesters show up.

Do you know, why the penguin stuck under the ramp? I find no gap or similar.
