Ever wanted to revive Roman culture? Or maybe wanted to kick out those filthy Saxons and restore the Britons to power? Well this is the mod for you.

Features:
*Adds a decision to assume King Arthur's Legacy as a Welsh King of England and Wales, which gives the Regnum of Britannia and revives Romano-British Culture.
*Adds a decision as the Holy Roman Emperor to finish what Otto III started and restore the Western Roman Empire.
*Adds a decision for an Orthodox Russian Emperor to assume the title of Third Rome if both the Byzantines and the Empire of Nicaea no longer exist.
*Adds a decision as a Byzantine Emperor to revive Alexander's legacy and conquer his former Empire.
*Adds a decision as an Emperor who holds both Byzantium and the HRE to become the Emperor of the Neo-Roman Empire.
*Adds a decision as the Latin Emperor who crushes the Greek successor states of Byzantium to form a sort of Greek Outremer.
*Adds a decision as a Byzantine Emperor of culture in the Latin culture group to Latinize the East.
*Adds a Neo-Roman culture group which includes: Franco-Hellenic, Hellenic, Romano-British, Romano-German, Greco-Roman.
*Adds Kushan Empire, Culture and Religion, restored by an Afghan or Saka ruler who owns Transoxiana, Sindh, and Afghanistan

*Adds Mithraic Religion, restored by a ruler of either Persia, Alexander's Empire, Rome, or a non-zealous Zoroastrian

*Adds Ruman Empire, formed by a Turkish ruler who conquers Constantinople.
