2.暂时取消了罗马万神庙、希腊第五级宙斯神庙、第五级多多纳神庙，第五级托勒密诸神庙，罗马的大竞技场和大环形赛马场的更高治安加成。但如果大家喜欢，我会在新的版本中恢复，全看大家意见啦！


20141029日升级:
1.罗马万神庙、希腊第五级宙斯神庙、第五级多多纳神庙，第五级托勒密诸神庙现在拥有更高的治安加成。
2.罗马的大竞技场和大环形赛马场现在有了更多的治安加成和全境治安加成。
3.所有的农业类附属城镇的城邑建筑（无城墙的那种）现在将拥有粮食加成而非粮食减成。

1.所有的军事类建筑现在可以正确的获取秩序加成了。

1、兼容最新的皇帝版（Emperor Edition）和最新的DLC
2、所有神庙的治安加成翻番。

1、与1.11补丁和汉尼拔战记DLC兼容
2、当玩家防卫一座拥有城墙的城市时，战略地图上的自动作战判断会大幅增加玩家胜利的机率（请确保使用防卫或一般作战预案，不要使用主动作战预案）

MOD设计说明：
这个MOD修改的内容很简单，但会增加不少战役游戏中的乐趣：城市管理设施升级和军事设施升级将不再因肮脏降治安，反而会增加相当数量（正好是原降低数量）的治安值。

这样，你就可以安心在前线扩张了。家里的叛乱会急剧降低。当然，只要你不要太穷奢极欲官逼民反就好。

这是因为当时希腊-罗马世界中的城市建设水平还是不错的，市政建设当然要能清除肮脏和不理想的居住环境，否则罗马的市政官干脆不要干就是了。:)
