I made a mistake and didn't realize you can't just make a skin for the twitch drops, sorry

I made a roadsign vest for Shroud for the upcoming Twitch drops. This vest slightly glows at night but not super much. There is a no-glow version available aswell. Hopefully it is still on time to be considered :)
