Old Monk's Peace Staff



Description

This mod adds in a standalone weapon named "Peace Staff". The staff can be considered overpowered; however I believe the game needed more end-game staff weapons. Typically obtaining this weapon is difficult and won't be present in early game, unless you choose so.

Mod Contents
  • Peace Staff (Standalone Weapon)
  • New Game Start (Play as a Monk; includes the staff.)
  • Old Monk's Notes (Research Artifact used to learn how to craft the staff.)

Old Monk's Notes

These notes can be obtained only 3 ways.

  1. Start the game as a Monk
  2. Buy them from the Scraphouse
  3. Defeat the Spider Foreman

I'm having graphic problems with this mod, every time i move my character becomes red and gold, i know you're pretty good with the graphic issues though so ill be waiting for the fix, other than that good mod!

How do I obtain the blueprints for making monk gear without starting as a monk?

thx for making this mod!
But there's some problem.
Staff's skin file applies to also edge3 type weapons, edge3 weapons change into red and gold colors like Peacestaff. I unsubscribed it and it turns normal.
I dunno why it happens. Could you adjust it?

Once I get the Old Monk Notes, what is the next step for crafting the staff? I checked my tech tab and I can't find a research unlock for the crafting of the staff, and the Scraphouse hasn't spawned it in yet with the RnG.

Hmm weird, I have used the staff both with and without graphical mods, not sure what could be causing that issue for ya

Would love to play with this staff, but for me the in-game texture goes blurry white, when I move the camera away even a bit. I don't have any ENB or other graphical stuff, that could conflict with your mod. :KScared:
