Better slow-motion

Description
Press t to toggle slow motion. Press r to be able to change speed with mouse wheel. You can change the key for toggling it under the options for the mod.

it was way more fun when you could use/abuse this to launch things into the stratosphere bc the grab/throw physics werent slowed

I tried using this to fix something delicate while posing ragdolls, and it just changed my physics gun into a real gun and ruined the whole thing. Please fix this.
