The long awaited expansion to Parakeet's Team Fortress 2 Pill Pack, this expansion adds tons of weapons, pills, and much more

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE ORIGINAL TF2 PILL PACK, IT WILL OVERRIDE THIS PACK!!

To use the new weapons: Go to Pills then settings, check allowed to give other weapons or something like that, then in the weapons tab and under the Pill Pack Weapons TF2 give yourself a weapon.
