Description
Turns Missile Cruisers into melee units.

The best naval melee unit in the end game was the Destroyer. By turning the Missile Cruiser into a melee unit, players now have a stronger option for taking cities. And because the Missile Cruiser can carry long range missiles, the Cruiser is now essentially a ranged and melee unit.

The Cruiser now has a combat strength of 100 and has the promotion "Withdraw Before Melee" like the Destroyer.
