1. Right-click on the name of the game in Steam, and select properties.
2. And in the general tab in the launch parameters write -external -noprefetch -i
EVERYTHING.

oh my god thank you!!
now to find out how to keep the mouse in the game, so when I click it doesnt close the game as I've clicked another monitor
