It should be available permanently soon. 枕头天堂 costume was released during 'Air Raid Drills with Essex' event in 24 June 2020 (including 'Race Queen series' costumes) so there's an opportunity for the last rerun now. We should expect a new permanently added side-story event and lots of costumes! :charmed: ＼(≧▽≦)／
