This building is the new building of Shinsegae Department Store, which was built in 2005.

It is located at Toegye-ro 77 in Jung-gu, Seoul, Korea



The lighting of this asset was created using the mod[additive shader] , I recommend subscribing to additive shader.

It appears that perhaps you changed the name of the asset when you fixed it recently. It is very important to not change the filename of assets after you've published them. Please see this for more information: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/667342976/141136086940263481/

I'll be trying to unsub and resub to see if I can place it again, as it's a great building but wanted to let you know of this issue.
