MorrowRim - Scuttle

Adds scuttle from Morrowind. Scuttle is a dish local to Vvardenfell, and considered somewhat of a delicacy by the Dunmer. It can be made from insect meat at both the vanilla stoves, once ashlands cuisine preparation is researched. Dunmer are rather fond of the dish, and will recieve a minor mood boost after consuming it. Other races do not particularly enjoy eating it, and will recieve a minor mood penalty.

While the meal is made from insect meat, consuming it will not give the 'ate insect meat' mood penalty. Pawns will also not recieve the 'ate raw food' mood penalty.

You will be able to craft scuttle paste if Vanilla Cooking Expanded is enabled, a new condiment that reduces fatigue gain when consumed, but also gives a -1 mood penalty. Dunmer will instead get a +1 mood boost.
