Doctor role with special medical operations & surgeries: Amputation, Replantation, Liposuction, Bone fracture treatment, Inject silicon, Trepanation, Remove bullet
Downing system where player is downed after receiving enough damage, requires another player to revive, or respawn after delay
Emotes: blush (turns face red), cough, faint (immediately pass out)
Enhanced alcohol system (beer, whiskey, alcohol tolerance)
