Thiokol Spryte 1200 Snowcat (The Thing-variation)

Legendary snowcat manufactured by Thiokol (later Logan Manufacturing Company.) They produced many different variations. This one is inspired by John Carpenter's The Thing and 2011 prequel movie. They used several types of Thiokol as a prop. Ideal for long expeditions over the glacier or pulling heavy loads.


Main features:

- 3-speed gearbox

- Separate clutch mechanism for fast turning

- 4 seats and lot of space (customizable)

- Equipment drawers

- Heater (using in warm temperatures may overheat engine, if used too long)

- Front- & rooflights

- Winch



How to start:

1. Turn main power switch ON (...found in front of the left foot)

2. Turn fuel pump ON

3. Turn the gas lever to 20%

4. Rotate starter key (2 second autostart)
