к сожалению так как обои многослойные, это чуточку сложнее чем может показаться, у меня просто нет времени подстраеватся под отдельные запросы. как вариант решения проблемы могу посоветовать поискать обои в видео формате, некоторые " умельцы" записывают их и выкладывают под собственными названиями. просто эти обои не являються одобренными.

привет . Можешь сделать такую же только в фул хд ? Я не знаю почему , но у меня постоянно лагает курсор , хотя сами обои идут отлично

If the wallpaper is one layer then you can just unlock it and adjust the origin and scale if you need to if that's what you mean.
