Regeneration Buff - small

Description
Changes regen speed from 4HP/second to 5HP/second

Changes regen limit from 75% max HP to 100% max HP.

I see a lot of mods that increase the regeneration limit, but none that increase the regeneration speed! I felt like regeneration could use a slight buff. Basically, 25% stronger. Cheers

This mod also buffs all the other passive abilities that heal 4HP/s to 5HP/s. Those include: The Hunger, Master of the Dead, Regeneration (map), Crowfeast, Helm of the Kraken [item], The Lady's Champion, Seed of Rebirth, Sacred Guardian, Liquid Fortification, Running With The Pack, Old Guard's Tankard [item], Bloodgreed upgraded, Drunken Bravado, Horrible Regeneration

Updated mod for Silence & Fury.

Medium - heals 6hp/s
BIG - heals 8hp/s!

Update: Added in the rest of the passive 4HP/s regen abilities to the buff.

Update: Changed the UI to display 5 HP/sec instead of 4 HP/sec. Thanks Niche for pointing it out. Thanks to the Duke for figuring out why I couldn't find it in RPFM.

I haven't play tested the effects, however it seems at least the tool tips are still vanilla values. Is this intended? Keep up the great work, your mods are valued :)
