Step 1. Right click on Hearts of Iron 4 in your library.
Step 2. Move your cursor to the "Uninstall" button.
Step 3. Confirm the uninstallation.

Step 1. Open your curtains.
Step 2. Clean up your house/flat/whatever.
Step 3. Clean your clothes.
Step 4. Fix yourself up.

Congratulations, you are now free of HOI4 forever. Now go do life or smt, idk I play HOI4

But what if the uninstall button doesn't work?

In case this happens to you, here's the fix.

Step 1. Open your task manager. This can be done by right clicking the taskbar and clicking "Task manager"
Step 2. Find "Steam client bootstraper"
Step 3. Right click on it and click "End task"
Step 4. Re-launch steam and your uninstall button should be working now.

How do I complete step 2? I got no place to live. All my money went to the dlc
