This guide contains general tips on getting certain achievements in the game.

Preface

The primary and only purpose of this guide is to help you with getting certain achievements. Because of that, not all achievements are covered here - only the ones I found tricky to get.

Endless achievements

First of all, note that apparently you can only get endless achievements if you play on standard maps only. So, either play coop, or, if you prefer single player, go to settings and in the Gameplay tab select "No Workshop":




We're good to go!

Pacifist
The general tip is to find a level where you can bait all enemies into hazards. This can be easily done on bronze levels.

I am on fire!
To get this achievement, you need to complete the Inferno Challenge first. That's pretty much the only hard part of it, since Flame Breath is probably the most powerful weapon in the game.

Power Overwhelming
There are 2 ways to get this achievement - the fast way and the safe way.
The fast way: forget about lives, armor and repair altogether. This is the hardest way, but also the quickest.
The safe way: always buy armor. Only buy other upgrades if you have armor and at least 1 backup. This was the way I was able to get the achievement.
In both ways, Flame Breath is your biggest friend.

Jetpack Master & Kick Master are hard to get, but only because you rarely get a chance to kick an enemy into spikes or lava or kill an enemy while jetpacking. With that said, here are some tips:

• enemy getting hit by a reflected arrow while you're jetpacking does count, so levels with stationary archers and jetpack+energy+max sword reflection+flame sword are your friends here;
  
• jetpack+kick allows you to safely kick pretty much any bot there is (except for the ones that cannot be kicked to begin with);
  
• Kick Only Challenge is also a good place to get the Kick Master achievement. You just have to complete it multiple times;
  
• a kill counts as a kick kill only if you kicked an enemy directly into a hazard. Them rolling over into lava accidentally - doesn't.

Achievements like I am Titanium! and They don't call it Sanium can be completed both in singleplayer and in multiplayer, but the "Meet people, go insane!" requires for it to not only be a multiplayer game, but also a public one. Fortunately, it's much easier to get.

Secret achievements

Most of them require that you get them either in story mode or in endless with standard maps.
For this reason, you should refer to the tip in the start of this section.

Multiplayer achievements

Team Player
This is probably the easiest achievement to get. Just save up your upgrades in a coop game.

Hello Fellow Human!
Use the Hello emote next to another player, then get them to respond to you with the same emote. Pretty simple.

Meet People, Go Insane!

Last Bot Standing

There are only 2 achievements connected to the LBS - "So Close" (for placing 2nd in the round) and "The Best Human" (for placing first).
For some reason, you can get "So Close" in a private game. Ask your friend to join you to easily get this achievement.
However, this cannot be done with the "The Best Human" achievement - it has to be a public game.

Story achievements

These are "Insane" achievements - for completing all chapters on insane difficulty.
Chapters 1&2 - try to complete the Inferno Challenge first to get the Flame Breath - it makes completing these much easier.
Chapters 3&4 are pretty easy to begin with, especially because of checkpoints.

Other achievements

Multikill!
This can be easily achieved by hitting 3 enemies with a laser attack during the Laser Challenge. Other (harder) ways to get this achievement is by hitting them with a hammer (or any other weapon obviously) or piercing 3 enemies with 1 arrow. If you get lucky, you can get a bronze level where there are 4 sword bots running at you in a straight line.

Hello Doborog!
When the developers are live, click the "Say Hello!" button.
How to do that?

1. In Options, in the Gameplay tab, check
the "Show when devs are live" option:
2. Now, when devs are live, you will see this message in the main menu (or in esc menu).
3. Click the green button saying "Say Hello!"
Note that for some reason it may not work on every dev. It does work on Erik tho.
