Without Mixu unlocker and my "Belisarians vfx effects" mod it will not work.
Beware this mod is early BETA, lot of stuff is there and it should work, but there is lot more to come, namely custom units and campaign mechanics. Eventually this will be merged or work as submod for Rise of Dragons which you can find here.

This is draconic faction mod for both Mortal empires and Vortex campaigns.
It comes with Legendary lord with custom spells, Lore of Ice and some custom units.
Snowmen spells and units
Balanced for base game.

Legendary lord
Island of Albion is waiting for once and future king that will liberate it from chaos occupation. Well that guy is nowhere to be found. Many "heroes" have tried, but none succeed, most didn't even bothered. You are nor rightful heir, nor chosen hero, you are dragon who wants his own island to chill on and Albion is ripe for the taking. No one from Bretonnia is going to support you of course, not even peasants, but that is ok, you can make your army for snow instead. So to the Albion.

Small Bretonnian faction with arsenal of Ice magic

Snow Golem Halberdiers :
- basic shielded infantry
- construct

Snow Golems with Shields:
- basic anti-large infantry
- construct

Snow Golem Greatswords:
- basic anti-infantry unit
- construct

Ice Shard Drake:
-ground drake with aoe spell

Unseelie Elite Guard:
-elite unit
-ability to protect allies around it

Unseelie Spearmen:
-elite unit
-ability to root enemy in place

Unseelie Riders:
-elite unit
-ability to create shockwave on charge, disrupting enemy formation

Is it balanced and complete?
Balanced it is only roughly and it is beta so it is not complete, but it should work.

It should be compatible with everything that I know.

-quests and quest battles to add some story to it and for LL items
-new units
-campaign mechanics, UI widget for magic similar Forbidden workshop
-custom generic lord
-draconic units
-custom generic hero - Dragon Knight
-snow elves/unseelie court and units from Scottish legends
