I've also had to amend game_sounds_manifest [pastebin.com] and soundscapes_manifest [pastebin.com] with the attached lines.
This adds all the sound data to hammer (for some reason they can't be read from the VPKs), and allows episodic enemies like Zombine to actually play their respective audio, instead of just being silent in-game.
There are probably more scripts that need to be updated, but that's the only issue I have found at the present. Everything else seems to work without issue. Of course, you'll also be editing these scripts if you plan on adding custom content.
