Your True King is back from Asurian's fire. He is now "The king of Ulthuan"

After he occupies Asurian's temple, he will instantly gain diplomacy bonus +200 with High Elves and be able to unlock Technology (entering Asurian's fire)

After research is being completed, he will gain another diplomacy bonus +500 with High Elves and provide faction wide various buffs to both Phoenix guards and Black guards (like ward saves or armor)

Also, when he gets to level 26 or 27, he will be able to ride Star dragon possessed Seraphon that it will fire star dragon breath to the enemy + Malekith will be able to learn fire provocation as a reward of becoming a phoenix king.

He can recruit High Elves units from specific settlements that have unique buildings from Ulthuan
