OK, i agree with what you said, tried to do that. the grid free parts/items, for some reason the move. when i press"CTRL-X' and move it. im always moving it around never getting them lined up again.

i see the vid's on utube. they look great. i watch them all short/speed builds. i cant figure it out. i did get a few reply's back it takes time to learn. OK i get that, but lining up a few walls/windows shouldn't be hard lining up. its the simplest things, lining things up i cant. they move. idk what im doing wrong.

domes, i kinda got, but not all parts i can use to make a dome w/CTRL-X". idk why? im ok w/domes.

i thought the building part would be easy.;( i wanted to be an architect, i use pintrest/google pic's and though's to get ideas. i spend hrs on them.

@J/S2046 - Hey Jacob, good question. mostly i start in that way that i search for inspiration on existing real architecture, once I've an idea in what direction I want to go I define with girded plates the ground and basic dimensions of the building. I mostly use only grid free items as you can rotate them 360° without the grid limit. furthermore I build a 4x4 meter raster in my head for better proportion control (if you see an image of a building, I lay a grid over it /virtually to cut it in the 4x4 peaces).... the rest is just time and try & error. hello, i just got the game over a few months, i like the game. i just found your WS. i like the builds you did. i been having issues building buildings. like you have done. curves arches and not just the up and down walls, how did you do that? i have lots of problems using the "ctrl-x" and grid non grid building parts.

i have tons of ideas of doing things along the line of what you did. any help would be great. i see utube vid's they make it look so easy i cant even build the easiest things. i quit, walked away a few times. im still stuck.
