Part #1 : Buildings and placables mod

Add Admin Building Pieces (600+) and Placeables (500+)

Dungeon/archi as placables :
+ 7 rocks tileset (desert, savane, swamp, cimmerian, north, snow)
as building pieces and/or placables (9 per tileset)

+ Admin buildings (500k hp, no stability, no recipes), in 9 tilsets :
- Giant kings (3 color), Lemurian, Marble, rocks (5 vars), Ice
Black brick, Brick moss, Brick simple
- Foundations/walls/stairs for dungeons (admin only, size x1 to x4, 300+ pieces)
- Vaulted ceiling/walls (size X2,512x512)
8 tilsets : acheron(3), marble black, black brick, brick/rock simple, brick moss (2)
- Ruins with snow, placeable & building (x1 reskin mixed t1-t4 pieces, partial tilset)
- Cimmerian houses, wooden pallissades.
Lots of single building piece, like ceilling variations, some x1 wall, stairs, etc
Lots of plceables for deco, beds, bookshelfs, statues, lights, etc

+ Some "Missing" building pieces (T2/T3/Black-ice)

Final version (stable release)

Limitations :
Remove all recipes (no crash now)
No "hammer link/menu" for building/placeables ...
Use admin cheat panel (misc) or Kits to get them ...
(orange border-> placables, green; blue -> buildings pieces)
