Qatar Complete Pyramid (2 Levels Fully Activated)

This file fully activates the Qatar football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules from the 2020-21 season. Stars Leagues to Qatar League are playable for Football Manager 2021.

Leagues included are:

1. Stars League
2. Qatar League

As well as: Emir Cup, Crown Prince Cup, Sheikh Jassem Super Cup, Stars Cup

I recommend adding players to playable teams at game start.
