Bruh, I wonder why they still haven't fixed this. Liquids never combine properly, it's like, if you dumped a bunch of polluted water into clean water, it should mix, not just magically separate! Thank you mod dev lol

I believe this mod was causing my airlock doors to randomly spontaneously deconstruct when opening/closing with gas on both sides. Could have something to do with how the game handles displacing gas in the airlock door tiles when they close.

SPOMS generally save power by using the good ol' "hydrogen floats above oxygen" trick, but with this, some oxygen might get into the hydrogen and vice versa

It doesn't kill SPOMS. Put a shutoff valve in. They cost 10w. This doesn't break any SPOMS builds.

Gases who have the same density (like O2 and PO2)
Original -- mix together
Mod -- no change

Gases who have different densities (like O2 and H2)
Original -- clear boundary, no transitional layer
Mod -- transitional layer
