♠ Step One
♠ In order to Download the mod that you desire to play with Go to the Mods/Mod.io Tab in the main menu and select/search the mod you are looking for. This time we will be using ISMCmod, Improved Counter-attack, more ammo, supply points, jump & shoot, no restricted areas, FpLegs. You can find all the links and information in step 2 .

In order to run mutators on local with friendly bots use the mod launcher linked below makes everything better and easier playing local .
you can now edit your viewmodel fov and inspect your weapon by downloading the mod below ↓ ↓ ! credits to RediK1 !

♣ Note: Certain maps have differences between the map name and the scenario ,(for example buhriz-Tideway ) the Easiest way to load vanilla maps without searching for map names is to load first the tell console command above and after you spawn you can press K to open admin menu and change to any map/mode/lighting you want.

Now just Click enter and it should load the map if it doesn't work try to click ` ~ again twice your map and mods should load.

⚪ISMCarmory_Legacy : Adds the ISMC guns and no cosmetics. Can be played on both insurgent and security maps. Contains two classes, operator and team leader with access to either western or eastern weaponry. Has vanilla enemy bots on each side. Might not work with friendly bots. Vanilla animations and speed. ⚪ISMC_Casual : Cosmetics and guns added. Can be played on both insurgent and security maps. Contains all classes, Team Leader, Gunner, Breacher, Marksman, Demolitions and Advisor, and has unlimited class slots. Blufor/Redfor enemy bots with vanilla AI behavior. In order to change map/daytime click K to open developer menu and go to levels section and choose a map/mode. | allyoucaneat = 100 supply points.
If your map doesn't load with the mods try loading it as 'Security' fraction and after that you can click swap team in the menu to change back to insurgents.

in order to replace number of bots change it under Bbots=6 If it doesn't work for you go to the next step for another solution. Add this for night mode: ?lighting=night?

If you cant open the console try to verify game files or go to:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient Input.ini [/script/engine.inputsettings] ConsoleKey=F10 // Change the key here

If your map doesn't load with mods try loading it as 'Security' faction and after that you can click swap team in the menu to change back to insurgents

♦Third person view- open console in game and write camera freecam to exit to first person click esc . (Install Shouldercam mutator in order to have better view).

♦ Make Mod.io folder smaller (delete dupes) via Power-shell script
Mod.io used to redownload files when launching game or entering a new modded server.
in order to clean it without losing any mod First download this power-shell script [pastebin.com] after that open it in notepad and change [string]$insmodio = to your Mod.io
folder location, once done click "save as" and save it with .ps1 extension for example : "cleanmodio.ps1" , once done right click and press " Run with PowerShell " .

♦ Graphics improvements and stability options
Better Anti Aliasing- TAA Sharpness/View Distance: Add this to Engine.ini

If you have fps impact from this you can lower the TemporalAAsamples (16-8-4-2).
- I also noticed huge improvement by changing it in nvidia control panel to 'enhance program settings' and changing setting ' anti aliasing mode ' to x16 . you can set for maximum performance and enable low latency if you have i5 cpu and you deal with stutters.

♦-Add -DX12 to game launch parameters or add it to a desktop shortcut .
♦-I noticed that my FPS went up and i had less stutter/drops in smoke or heavy situations when i deleted Gameusersettings.ini and engine.ini in AppData\Local\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient (Have to do it every update)
The game will Create new files once you do that but you will lose your previous settings in game so make a backup if needed.
I will keep adding fixes and such that i test and i find working on my system. I have 1060 6GB / 16GB ram / i5-7400 and i run the game at 60-110 FPS (depends the area/situation).

♦ Modify bot count for local Go To
C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\
Open Game.ini and add the following lines for the game mode you want to modify. change the numbers of enemies / friendlies to what you want.

♦ Extra supply points for ISMC
In ISMC mods there is option to use 2 firearms and 2 pistols but allyoucaneat command (more supply points) gives only 100 points so if you really want to maximize your loadout to the end you need hundred more .

Open Game.ini and paste

Not sure what is the cause to it if you are using the 999 points fix. but maybe you can try the Advanced Supply Points Mod [insurgencysandstorm.old.mod.io] Or maybe Advanced Admin Menu Mod [insurgencysandstorm.old.mod.io] Hope it helps :platinum:

@ajdrigs hmm that's weird , have you tried to check if you are subscribed to all ISMC packages? you have to subscribe to 3 parts in mod.io, you can also try to unsubscribe and delete the ismc files from the mod.io folder and to reinstall it should work

Weird, This works with Arbusto, But not normal ISMC, I'm using the mod launcher, I put in "ISMCarmory_Legacy" as a mutator and have it active yet it just boots me with normal INS settings.

@ajdrigs , the only way i managed to bypass it is by verifying game files through properties settings
