Less stress for player (make player and AI equal +)

Description
Now, no more stress for player!
Player gains various buffs for your mental health and for newbie.

player buff will make player able to adapt total war: warhammer 2 AI cheat system.

As a result, AI won't be able to spam 4 armies with only 1 territory because this is not realistic.

In addition, AI cannot perform agent action against player anymore + AI won't get free exp cheat per turn.

*****You can now chase sneaky AI that running around to sack or destroy your territories by making you increase your movement range. (This is good for players that tired of using march stance and switch to normal stance back and forth for every lords)

After TT DLC release:

I remade this mod to make mostly equal for both player and AI; however, player gets 15% economic boost and little public order. AI will now consider it's economy and recruitment will be based on its real amount of economy as same as player.

Chances of ai agent action will be reduced in half (-50%)

@Charlemagne I tweaked some of balance changes I have made. Previously, I changed bunch of things and it caused many compatible issues. I removed a lot of them and made it simple as I mentioned below the "------------" line. This mod still makes player and ai almost equal, but give some little benefits to player for enjoyment
