Description

Small, lightweight mod that increases dwarven shield efficiency to where it should be.

Changes

All dwarfs' shields will now protect them from 55% of missile fire from their normal front cone. (Vanilla was 35%)
Lords and Legendary Heroes with shields protect 60% of missile fire from their front cone due to better handling of the shield.
Slayers' whirling axes protect 30% of missile fire (Vanilla was 25%) to maintain unit balance.

Should be compatible with any mod as changes are slight.

No. It overwrites the land_units_tables entries for the units it changes so anything else that does so will conflict and you'll at best get the changes from only one of this or sfo for the units on the dwarf roster. Thus everything will have (outdated) vanilla stats. I specify outdated because this mod didn't update for later changes to dwarven units so things like melee attack will be off by a few points anyway.

any idea if this works with SFO and any of the other associated Mods and their SFO submods like Norse Dwarves, etc? I'm mostly just looking to improve shield size for the Vanilla Dwarf Warriors those mods use. I'm wondering if I load it near the bottom of my loading order if it will simply work for the vanilla units. I'm not so much worried about all the new/added non vanilla units from other SFO submods I'm using.
