Better Democratic Iran/Persian Empire Flags

This mod replace vanilla anacronic post-1979 Democratic Iran/Cyric Union flag with better and secular ones.

Iran flag is replaced with simple tricolor, which looks like a old civil flag of Iran.
Cyric Union (democratic Persian Empire) flag is replaced with design made by Reddit user u/zyyp, because dark green/dark red combination looks very greatful and majestic.

Should be comparable with Ironman.
