Shanghai Rummy (Scripted)

Description
Scripted version of the card game Shanghai Rummy.

* Automated score calculation.
* Games setup via a couple buttons.
* Wait timer when drawing to allow players to "Buy" the discard.
* Turns need to be enabled for the scripting to work properly.

Based on code by EpicWolverine (Euchre)

I consider this to be feature complete, but let me know if something is missing and I can add it or any bugs that need fixed.
