Upscaled to 4K and converted to .mp4

As with .mp4 files, for many systems, there will be a stutter when the video loops. To fix this, check out Using LAV and DirectShow[help.wallpaperengine.io]. I would upload a .webm if I could, but it has been disabled due to a lack of hardware acceleration support for the format on chromium.
