Craftable Stellic Crown

Description
Make Stellic Crown craftable.

Require ROYALTY, if you don't have it, buy it, and wear stellic crown.
Why? because Stellic Crown looking is badass , I want my pawn to wear it, so I create this beauty.

Also make Stellic Crown actually sastify noble titles

-Hp increased from 80 --> 100
-Craft at smithy
-Require 'Royal apparel' research
-14000 works & 85 metallic to make
-but not uranium (for reason)

Compatibility: obviously don't put it together with something that mess with Stellic crown, which my googling ability has found none.

It's my first mod, ever, It ain't much but it's honest work.

It doesn't seem to be satisfying my countess' requirement. I have no other mods. Any idea what's going on?

Works fine except that the crafting bill doesn't create a piece of unfinished equipment, so if you don't finish it in one session all progress is reset.

Throws a very scary error in 1.3 that suggests the item Stellic Crown does not exist; would love to see you update the mod. There are many chiefs out there in need of stylish headwear.

Gold , imo, is a bad choice for apparel to wear since it stats is suck, it only got beauty which is almost useless on.

It also reduce items hp by 0.6x so that should be the why your crown break so easily.

Just stick with steel, or some other modded material.

Anyway, since it's a big ass crown it, I've increase it hp by a bit

A very stylish mod but I did notice on thing, the stellic crown has way too low HP, and the natural wear and tear made it shred away after only a quadrum or two of use.
Seeing his investment of 850 gold and a buch of work wear away in less than a year does not put a smile on one's face.
