This is the second practically sized Avem Empire custom faction builds I've done. Unlike the previous ship, HMAS Resolution, this is a line ship, meaning it is designed to fight in the line of battle, at a broadside, rather than attack runs or forward broadsiding. It goes 50m/s and is fully equipped for the current update of the game, featuring enough ammo and fuel restocking and a camo setup. It features six 400mm 19rpm APS in three twin turrets and five APS secondaries that fire 30rpm, as well as 1500mm and 1600mm CRAMs in broadside casemates and turrets on the bottom. Some simple AA guns round out the armament. It's a fairly effective early and mid-game ship, just don't face it up against anything long-range or that has energy weapons.

Lore-wise, as this is a themed build for the Avem Empire faction I've created, the Unity was one of three capital ships (heavy cruiser/supercruiser) named for stately principles and funded by each of the three regions of the empire as an effort to grow a larger national identity. It features a solid balance of defense and offense with respectable speed, as well.


I have to give credit to 𝕰 𝖝 𝖎 𝖘 𝖙 𝖊 𝖓 𝖈 𝖊 for taking these screenshots for me. He did a phenomenal job with it. Also keep in mind that the colors and reflections and overall appearance of my airships will vary significantly based on your graphics settings, so feel free to mess with your settings and the paint colors until you get them to look how you like.
