ACOT Origins

Description
This mod aims to add questionably balanced origins to Ancient Cache of Technologies. That is all.

Currently added origins:

- Smuggler's Support: gives your empire immediate access to Phanon's technology. Your starbase is replaced with a Phanon Overwatch. Your starting ships are removed and replaced with two Phanon-tier precursor initializers and two Phanon-tier precursor oracles. You are provided with a large fleet and two small fleets of Phanon precursor ships with admirals. If a combat fleet is destroyed and you're not at war at the start of the year, the fleet will be replaced for free.

Biggest problem with this is that there's no sustainable way to have your empire exist with the resource drain that those ships place on your empire, cool idea but man is it impossible to do anything at the beginning of the game.
