Hey, this is my guide for playing Shadow Demon in the Midlane. This is a niche pick, but this hero can be seriously powerful as a mid laner, with one of the highest dmg out puts at lvl 7 in the game thanks to shadow poison, you can solo kill almost anyone at lvl 5 providing they arent too far ahead, which if they are you can probably kill them at 7. A insane utility ult that does damage and purges them of any buffs AND slows and damages through magic immunity makes him amazing vs carries. His ult even purges satanic, jingu mastery,glimmer cape,force staff. Essentially any ecape mechanism other then in built hero mobility. This hero is great playing from behind as the stronger the enemy carry the stronger sd is thanks to disruption, he can build magic damage or pure utility depending on how well you start. This hero Dogs most other heroes in lane, with the exception of heroes with built in dispells or magic immunity. It's a cheesy pick,but thats what I'm all about. I like to start the first lvl pretty passively and wait until im halfway to lvl 3 before spamming poison, pushing the wave to hit lvl 3 before enemy and poopping the poison as i level up to 3 whilst the stacks are still on the enemy mid laner. Best part about this hero is he is incredibly fun, so try this in unranked or something until you feel confident enough to take it to ranked and style on em all.
