Description
This submission only contains minor backpack/itemtype/misc. changes for cosmetics released so far in 2020!

Due to prefabs used to set default values to in-game items, many cosmetics over the years have been added to the game use default backpack sounds/itemtypes. If you have wondered why a shirt item from 2020 you equipped made a loud thud noise when selecting it, rather than a cloth noise similar older cosmetics use, this is why.

Using cosmetics from other years as reference, I have painstakingly gone through each cosmetic item in the year 2020 to find better fitting sound/itemtype combinations for cosmetics, while also enforcing consistency and uniformity across several types.

NOTES FOR TF TEAM:
A modified copy of items_game.txt is found in the folder submitted, as well as a readme with a complete changelog and misc. notes. A quick reference sheet is also included for quick implementation to the current schema.

Some sounds are repeated for pickup and drop. Some of these are simply because there is only a respective pickup sound in the game (ie. gooey items only have an item_gooey_pickup sound).

On the other hand, hats have proper pickup/drop sounds. However, I decided to use the pickup sound for BOTH pickup/drop to emulate how many hats did it in 2009-2011 (ie. Engineer's Cap, Tough Guy's Toque, Essential Accessories). I also did this to allow larger cloth items (ie. Shirts, Capes) to use the hat_drop sound to allow the two types of items to sound slightly different when managing in the inventory. This was also the same logic used for the 2012-2019 schema changes implemented earlier this year.
