Light Miner conversion from light fighter of Wing Commander 1 Universe v2

Cheap early game small vessel T1 but level 20 due to mining laser drill.

This one have :
- Extended harvest cargo container only
- Enough vertical thrusters for better weight flight management and High G planet
- Enough generators to match drill power needs
- Small form factor changes from my first original due to cargo extender shape all over the ship

This ship works fine for vqnillq qnd Reforged Eden.
