Large Office & Distribution Warehouse

PLEASE READ * to get it to work fully:

Large Office building, unfurnished to allow you to decorate as you wish. I may release a decorated version with enough requests, once I've played through it. Currently I only have the structure built.

* Built on Alpha 11.7 Experimental build. You may need to opt for this to use it. See instructions in the game's activity page. Great update by the way. I've not had any crashes with it either.

24,000 sq meters
Building cost 9.4 million GBP - 350k for furniture placed. I recommend purchasing the BP with the furniture. Has some essentials in place like 14 security desks positioned at all entry points. Prepare for a big staff wages bill.

21 medium and large offices on the 3rd level with enough space to add social points etc.
Roof garden and chill out area for employees. Enough space for a 5 a-side football pitch when they add one :)

There are 4 levels but I designed it to be easily played purely on level 2 (3rd Level if you're American) for easy monitoring. Until you need to expand.
Room structure only built on level 2. So you can structure the rooms to your size and liking on all other levels, as and when required. Level 3 is good for the new solar panels, maintenance & server rooms etc.

Have your own office overlooking a lake (use seed 7 on largest rural plot if you start a new game) With lift access to the helipad and direct parking outside - Pro-tip: I have one spot designated to employees and the other to deliveries (they should never use it). I have myself in my own team (CEO) and turn up an hour before anyone else to make sure no one steals my spot. The second spot should then never get used. No long walk to the office then.

* See last picture for building placement - Obviously I can't upload the roads, but I've added pictures for my multi-story car park- All 3 levels access directly into the main building. Lift block and stairwell give immediate access to all floors.

Tip: if you start to use this build with a small operation and the electric bill is too high. Remove some of the lighting on the 2nd floor of the warehouse. I'd leave one row in, so you can easily copy paste them back when you're up and running.

* Link below for the mod collection I have installed when creating this build. A couple of these are outdated now, so you may get an error on loading. However they will not impact game-play or the build. I've put many hours in with them still installed with zero issues:

Probably wont make a difference, however the 2 mods I had ticked on my new game when I made this build are as follows:
- Software ecosystem [16] [UPDATED] [A10 compatible]
- X-Perience Mod A10 1980 V 15
