IW Outlander (Vanilla/Reforged)

My good friend and reliable companion in early to late game in Reforged Eden.
Highly upgradable and cover most of the needs in a new start.

Highly inspired by a 6 wheel ATV. And it gives u the feeling of driving a ATV in first person.


I have done two fresh starts in Reforged and one in vanilla to see how hard it is to get the needed Resources. In all cases i was lvl 5 in the moment i had gathered all the needed resources.

I still use it in my current gameplay. Upgraded with constructor, hover booster, one basic CPU extender, one extra generator, med station, armor locker, two gatling and one minigun turret.

So far i have used it to take out, Abandoned Reactor, Assembly Yard and a bunch of Zirax Outpost, drone factory epsilon, radar station and defenses. Due to the small size i just drive in full speed and hug the poi so the turrets can't hit me. I even went so far that i mounted two pulse lasers on it and took down a shielded drone base. While i was inside some drones had blown up the core and cockpit, i just put new in and i could drive home.

It does have limited space for the heavy loot, but it does the job, it's also easy to add more cargo boxes.

I use it on a Ocean planet. Due to a combination of thrusters, ground repulsars and hover engines it works very well on water. But It can sink if not paying attention like most HV's, Then it's just to aim the nose up and you will get easy on top of water again.

One of my all time favorite HV.
