Empire -100 goodwill in scenarios Fix｜修復帝國在腳本裡永久-100關係

如果玩家有皇權DLC，在使用Mod附帶的劇本開局，有可能出現DLC的帝國派系永久敵對玩家的問題，而且無法通過互動解決。這Mod會修正這問題。
修正過的Mod已列出下面。需要搜尋Mod名字請善用Ctrl(按緊) + F鍵。

1.不需要全部訂閱，單獨一個種族Mod也沒問題
2.如果是中途加入這Mod，雖然是顯示-100關係，但是可以從空投禮物、救NPC、任務獎勵後從此改善關係
3.可以中途移除這Mod，但是會回溯到最初鎖定關係的問題
4.僅干涉玩家的派系。NPC派系與帝國敵對與否，是原作者的決定

如果沒效，或沒在名單上，請留言。畢竟以人手方式，見一個Mod修一個，有可能遺漏，請見諒。
回報的時候請加注Mod名字或劇本名稱。
