Description
Taking place after Hat Kid emerges from the Nyakuza underground, this level explores a twisted sprawl of train tracks, treasure, and trouble! Hunt down all the precious gems, and appease our mutual friend...

This level is a mashup of a bunch of my old experiments and scrapped ideas from my time working on the Nyakuza Metro DLC, all combined into one big level! You may recognize one or two spots that are actually old versions of existing routes, but only a handfull of devs will recognize the rest of it!

This was a very nostalgic thing to put together again, hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as I did!

the ending conversation between the empress and cop was so funny I was dying when she said "It's not stealing if you don't get caught" XD

Basically, Pink Paw Manhole on steroids. 95% train surfing with not much solid ground to stand on, and you need to collect all of the gems to complete the level, so I had to do a fair few loops across all the paths to see what I missed. The story is very hilarious. Once the time piece spawns don't grab it just yet, the NPC's keep talking for quite a while and it's comedy gold!

ok turns out I could fix it with a little bit of extra code, so I did. and since I was in there, I also made diamond progress not wipe when you die!

a kismet event isn't firing due to some changes made to remote events in the latest game update. I can't fix this yet, but the workaround is to enable the developer console (in the options), press ~, and type "enablecheats" (without quotes), and the ending will be able to trigger. if you have already collected all the gems, then also type "re enddiamondmission", which that will trigger the ending. sorry for the inconvenience!
