This is a "privately owned" owned Business and designed to meet CS new game requirements. A luxury home licensed by the state (USA) and converted to an elder care facility to look great and to fit in low density areas. Allowing younger Cims to live closer to work areas and retired Cims to move to this beautiful building in a nice area of town.

1) Senior Cims will move out of residential areas, allowing young Cims to move into now available residential areas closer to work.

2) By placing death care facilities in close proximity to these assets, your city is able to address “Death Waves” quickly and quietly as your Cims age and pass on.
