I’m currently obsessed with the Cobra Kai TV series (even bought a bonsai…!), so I’m going to make a few Cobra Kai related assets. LaRusso Auto is next!

How to place the dojo in-game
The Cobra Kai Karate Dojo is a growable commercial building, level 2. But you can place it by yourself how often and wherever you want by subscribing and enabling the following two mods:


Mesh Stats
Main Model / LOD
Triangles: 238 / 100
Textures: 1024x1024 (diffuse, normal, specular, illumination) / 256x256 (diffuse)

Some tags: Cobra Kai, Karate, Dojo, Reseda, Los Angeles

Very good asset but I can't seem to find the mercy, do I need a particular DLC for that?

EDIT: Nevermind, I just realised there is no mercy in this dojo.
