Description

ASSYRIA (TIGLATH-PILESER III)
Unique Trait: Inscriptions of Tiglath-Pileser
Adopting Social Policies reduces Resistance, heals Units, and damages enemy Cities. Monuments and Military Buildings grant Culture when constructed, doubling in conquered cities and tripling in former Capitals.

Unique Unit: Itu'u
The Itu'u is one of two unique units belonging to Tiglath-Pileser III's Assyria. Unlike the Archer that it replaces, this unit costs no maintenance. It also obsoletes later than the Archer, at Machinery instead of Construction, allowing you to take advantage of its relative cheapness for longer. Assyria receives an Itu'u everytime it finishes constructing a Courthouse.

Unique Unit: Siege Tower
This melee Siege Unit must move next to an enemy city to be effective, but once it has, it is devastating. It not only has a powerful city attack of its own, but also confers a bonus to any of your nearby units also attacking the city. Complement a Siege Tower with melee or ranged units, and make sure it reaches its target before getting killed, and cities will fall much more quickly.
ASSYRIA (ASHURBANIPAL)
Unique Unit: Qurubuti
Replaces the Siege Tower
The Qurubuti is the unique Assyrian replacement for the Swordsman under Ashurbanipal. This unit is most effective when garrisoned in your Capital or otherwise in a former Capital that you have captured. Whilst beginning its turn garrisoned in this way, the Qurubuti reduces the combat effectiveness of nearby enemy units, making them less able to launch an effective attack. In addition, the Qurubuti is unlocked much earlier than the Swordsman, at Writing. It also does not require Iron in order to be trained.

I wanted to ask if someone could make me a Lord Justinian Civilization, because I tried and failed spectacularly, only making something that crashed the game. Can you guys help me?

JFD,I certainly don't mind and your work is beautiful and popular, but could you create some new civilizations? All sorts of tribes, Caribbean countries, African countries ...?
