The Torbay Express A4 Bittern

Description
Today You are in charge of 'The Torbay Express' you locomotive will be class A4 Pacific 'Bittern' and the weather forcast does not look promising! Pick up Passengers from Bistol and make your way to weston where your scenario will end! Its very rare a 'Streak' comes down to the west country so make a show of it. (This is my First ever scenario for the Steam Workshop so any feed back would be great)
