Report a translation problem
Tried the whole level twice on two separate playthroughs, and after restarting the game, and always bumped into this issue.
Is there something we are doing wrong? can the bug be avoided somehow?
In the room with the 4 pieces: If they disappear they aren't actually gone, they are invisible. You can carry the pieces to the 4 slots around the gun and it will still work normally.
And about glitches/bugs/errors, at the moment I've only played through the first two puzzles, but I have noticed that hanging onto the glass covers (that can be raised) doesn't play the glass smudging/squeaking sound that plays with the base game's glass... this is the sort of sound I mean:

But other than that really minute detail, it's really great! Loving the futuristic sound effect cues too (for the jump plates and such)... it genuinely feels like a stock map. Thanks a lot for creating it! :D
