Mały dom kultury wzorowany na prawdziwym budynku w Lublinie. Zatrudnia 6 pracowników i obsługuje około 30 osób.

I realised, thank you! They basically work as cinemas and if there is one already then it is prioritised apparently!

I don't know, they should work. You may have some other cultural buildings closer to flats and they go there.

Your models look amazing! I have one question though, how do these buildings work, I never see any visitors going in, just workers.
