Feudal Theocracy Upgrade

In standard EU4 game Feudal Theocracy haven't any interesting things. Only 3 gov. buttons.

This mod change this - your muslim nation can go to future on new way!

The most important features

1, Faction system. This give possible to deeper immersion in waters of sacral monarchy in the islam world. Feudal tribes, meritocrats and harem - every want power, give support and (sometimes) problems. This work with estates, so there will be no radical weakening (as in the case of basic game practice in line "faction-estates"). Extra 32 events connected with this.
2. New individual reforms. Maybe they arent great or the best, but this open way to individualization of your monarchy in compare to others nations. Current 3 reforms.
3. New privileges. Current only 2, but can give fun. First is enable in start game (for Ulema). Second (for Dhimini) can be unlock if you want go on persian concept to modernization this monarchy.
