Description
This is the Thunder Child II, a 22m wavepiercing monohull hybrid patrol boat, equipped with some special features.

Based off of Safehaven Marine's Thunder Child II

This recreation is about perfectly to scale and the interior is based off of any images I could find. This goes for the stats as well.

This vessel can handle all weather conditions and can split through waves at high speeds.

Top Speed:
54kts

Cruise Speed:
32-40kts (depending on fuel load)

Fuel Capacity:
5000L

Range:
~15km @ 100% throttle
~25km @ 75% throttle
~50km @ 50% throttle
~100-150km @ 25% throttle

The vessel has capacity for a crew of 5, but it has a couple extra seats in the back as extra.

It has many small features, but I've listing some main ones useful for search and rescue missions:
  • Radar/Sonar
  • Weather Display
  • Map + Advanced Autopilot
  • Radio
  • Engine/battery/fuel monitoring display
  • Diving + firefighting gear
  • Emergency Beacon
  • Quad medium engines

This is done very well. I watch the videos on TC1 and 2 often and you did fantastic reacreating TCII here. She even looks like the real deal hitting the big swells!! Only gripe would be the cabin door should open vertically like the real one...and that fuel consumption bruh :/
