No headgear from this mod is showing up at all since the last CK3 update. Just the vanilla headgear. Redownloaded the mod, put it at the top of my playset, nothing worked.

I rolled back my game to 1.15 and installed the previous CFP version from paradox site, but ermine cloaked characters are nude. How to fix?
